These terms govern the use of the dariofontanel.com website (the «Site»), operated by Dario Fontanel, Vienna (Austria), VAT ATU82607706 (the «Controller»). By accessing the Site you accept the terms described here.
The Site is for information purposes only: it presents the AI consulting and integration services offered by the Controller (AI Audit, custom AI implementations, AIOS, consulting and training). The contents of the Site do not constitute a binding contractual offer nor professional advice: every engagement is governed by a separate agreement, agreed in writing between the parties.
You undertake to use the Site lawfully and not to compromise its operation or security (by way of example: no unauthorised access, no mass scraping, no sending of unlawful content or spam through the contact form).
Text, graphics, logos and all other content on the Site are the property of the Controller or of their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction or reuse of the content for commercial purposes without written authorisation is not permitted. Any third-party trade marks and logos shown (for example those of clients) belong to their respective owners.
The Controller takes care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but it is provided «as is», with no guarantee of completeness or absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, the Controller is not liable for damages arising from use of the Site or from reliance on its informational content, nor for interruptions or technical malfunctions beyond the Controller’s control. Mandatory liability provided for by law remains unaffected.
The Site contains links to external sites (for example social profiles or client websites). The Controller has no control over such sites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
The processing of personal data collected through the Site is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Controller may update these terms at any time; the version published on this page, with its date, is the one in force. Use of the Site after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
These terms are governed by Austrian law. For users acting as consumers, the mandatory and more favourable provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence remain unaffected. For any dispute with non-consumers, the courts of Vienna (Austria) have jurisdiction.
