This notice is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the «GDPR») and describes how the personal data of users who visit dariofontanel.com and use the contact form is processed. The data sent through the contact form is processed for a single purpose: replying to your request for information, consulting or a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The data is not used for marketing purposes, is neither sold nor transferred to third parties, and is not subject to profiling or automated decision-making (Art. 22 GDPR).
Processing is carried out electronically, with security measures adequate to prevent unauthorised access. Contact form data is kept for as long as it takes to handle the request, and in any case for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, unless the request is followed by a contractual relationship (in which case the data will be kept for the duration of that relationship and for the resulting legal obligations). Once the purpose has been fulfilled, the data is deleted.
